Eric Tilds is an attorney with over twenty-five years' experience providing legal advice to small, medium, and large technology companies. Having led the legal departments for both Netarx (successful exit to Logicalis) and then Logicalis for a combined twenty years, he was intricately involved in a host of different legal, employment, compliance, and information security issues. Netarx was a self-funded start-up that Eric joined in its infancy, and it grew both organically and acquisitively to become a 250-person MSP operating in eight U.S. states. Logicalis is a global IT organization with roughly 1,000 employees across 20+ offices in the United States. He spent eight years at Logicalis as EVP, General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer, Corporate Secretary, and head of Information Security and Compliance. This experience led to a deep understanding of the legal and risk management function for early, mid, and late-stage companies.

Today, as Founder and Managing Member the Law Office of Eric Tilds, a full-service law firm, Eric’s client base consists of MSPs, MSSPs, and SaaS companies. He also serves as “IT Counsel” to a broad array of both public and private companies.
