Ken Fanger MBA, President of On Technology Partners and a CMMC-RP, with 30 years’ experience specializing in cyber security and information technology. He is also a proud member of the Ohio Cyber Reserve (OhCR).
A sought-after speaker and author of the acclaimed book, RELAX: A Guide to True Cyber Security, Ken is working to "Humanize Security," a fundamental change toward how we do cyber security, by making users the ally instead of the “weakest link”. By focusing on treating victims of cyber-attacks with dignity and respect, rather than shaming them for being attacked or hacked, Ken is changing how we prepare for and recover from cyber-attacks.
Ken has worked in the education, pharmaceutical, legal, medical, nonprofit, and government fields. Ken is one of fewer than 2,000 people to hold the designation of CMMC-RP, helping businesses meet the Department of Defense’s high cybersecurity standards.
