With a passion for technology and problem solving, Travis Hayes joined ICS – one of the nation’s leading MSPs -- in 1999. Originally a System Engineer, Travis has worn many hats during his time at ICS. Starting in 2005, Travis became Chief Technology Officer and helped to define, implement and manage the technology behind the tool stack that ICS uses to support their customers. These tools continue to evolve and are designed to help customers be more efficient and productive. In 2021, Travis took on the title of Chief Information Officer with the responsibility of managing the teams that evaluate technology, define security and support the infrastructure of ICS.
