Dave Cava is an MSP industry entrepreneur. He runs the Recruiting as a Service practice for Encore Strategic, along with doing some business coaching and MSP peer group facilitation. Encore helps MSPs to profit and scale, with a particular emphasis on personnel and team building. Dave previously was Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Proactive Technologies, which was acquired by Abacus Group in February 2019. Dave served as the company's COO from it's inception in 2007 until date of acquisition.
