Karan served as Chief Information Officer for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical R&D, Centocor R&D, and Life Technologies. At J&J, she also served as Total Oncology Digital Leader and Vice President of Global Infrastructure Programs. Karan’s expertise includes entrepreneurial startups, innovation and technology solutions, organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, international business collaborations, and Centers of Excellence specializing in Technology, Innovation, Information Security and Engineering.
