Bob Miller is Chief Operating Officer of managed service provider, Global Data Systems, which delivers managed security services and specialized telecommunications and IT solutions for a diverse customer base in healthcare, energy, logistics, government, and the retail enterprise space. Miller built and managed the company’s software development team to transform business processes through high levels of automation, realizing steady returns on those investments. Miller also manages the business development of GDS’s security services and he developed the Security Maturity Level Framework. Miller’s leadership has helped GDS to be named #86 in the top 250 MSSP at MSSP Alert.
